We understand that life happens, and the first day that you choose for your portrait session may not always work. Sometimes kids get sick, furry friends get into something they shouldn’t, or family members are unexpectedly out of town. It’s important for everyone who matters to be at your portrait session, and that they’re feeling great!Each session includes one complimentary reschedule, and we ask for a 72 hours notice. Rescheduling additional times may require an additional deposit. Cancellations must be made 7 days in advance to receive a refund on the deposit.

All changes to appointment dates and times must be made over the phone. Changes requested over text message and email are not guaranteed.
